The bulk of this semester was spent on these two projects, which are spin-offs of a project I did during my senior year of high school on supplement usage in teenage athletes. However, instead of dwelling on the consequences of supplements like creatine, for this project I asked the question: Besides supplement use, what can college students do to improve their fitness? REPURPOSING AND REMEDIATING
My remediation project is a weekly newsletter for college students to keep them informed about fitness news and important health topics. This is a sample email created to be sent out on Nov. 9, 2015.
My repurposing project is a website that contains blog articles about various fitness issues that come up when at college. You will find a section on finding the time to workout, a section on making strides and getting stronger, and also a section on how to maintain your strength outside of the gym.
