WHO I AM

HOW AND WHY I WRITE

This ePortfolio has been a break from the mold for me.  As a college sophomore, sometimes I find it easy to fall into a dry, cyclical routine. Read, memorize, read, study, and repeat.

But for a few hours a week, I have been able to forget taking derivatives of curves and drawing benzene rings.  Through the projects in this ePortfolio, I have been able to put the chaos of college on hold, evaluate my life, and create something that I believe is worth a read.  Reflecting on my life and trying to find ways to improve it has resulted in this compilation of my work from the fall of 2015.

So, I hope you take a quick break from your routine and browse the material I’ve designed to help college students find their break from the mold, help them think outside the box, and change their lifestyles for the better.   Click the link below to see how my writing has evolved, and how I created these projects in my essay "Authorship 220".

Hello, and welcome to my ePortfolio, a showcase of my work from the Fall of 2015 in Writing 220 at the University of Michigan.  Here at U of M I am a sophomore pursuing a major in biology, and a minor in writing.

I am from Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan and I love living in the state of Michigan.   I love playing hockey, going up north in the summertime, Detroit sports and Michigan football.  I also enjoy spending time with my three sisters and the multitudes of Greek relatives that I have.

Here at U of M, aside from my classes, I spend my time doing research, playing sports with my friends, writing for the Michigan Daily, and doing Greek things with the Hellenic Student Association.  That's just a little about me, hopefully you find out more as you go through my ePortfolio!
